IRD VN is governed by a Vietnamese Board of Directors, currently comprised of three members. The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight and compliance with Viet Nam’s Civil Code, while IRD VN’s Executive Director and Management Team are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the organization.
